 Speed Networking 

A fast-paced, engaging session designed to help attendees make meaningful connections in a short amount of time. Participants are paired with others in quick, timed rounds, typically lasting 3-5 minutes. At the end of each round, attendees rotate to a new partner, ensuring that everyone has the chance to meet multiple people within the session.

What to Expect:

• Focused Introductions: Attendees share who they are, their professional background, and what they’re looking for in a contact.
• Prompted Conversation Starters: Each round may include suggested prompts to help jumpstart conversations and break the ice.
• Takeaway: By the end of the session, participants will have connected with numerous potential collaborators, clients, or mentors, giving them a head start on building new professional relationships.

 Business Card Exchange 

A dedicated time and space where attendees can casually exchange business cards, share contact information, and establish initial connections in a relaxed environment. This exchange allows attendees to expand their network and keep in touch with people they meet at the event.

What to Expect:

• Casual Setting: Held in an informal area, often near refreshment stations, to encourage natural interaction and make it easy for attendees to approach one another.
• Contactless Options: Digital business card exchanges and QR codes are encouraged for a seamless and environmentally friendly experience.
• Networking Tips: A short introduction with tips on effective networking will be provided at the start of the session for those new to networking events.
